                      Hmm I didn't see that this morning.. but I was indoors

                      Texas weather is really funky; it's not unusual for isolated areas to get drenched while nearby areas go dry.. oh and rain when there's not a cloud in the sky.

                          but yes...texas is retarded......it doenst take much to flood some areas...our land isnt flat...so an INCH of rain on a lower leveled land can flood it due to water flowin from the higher elevated areas. ya know?
