I don't think Mr Fun has ever surprised anyone in his entire life. I bet when he came out everyone knew already .

MrFun, call me crazy, but I suspect the source of their barbs, bendy and limp though they are, is not that you have a passionate interest in one, or even two subjects, but that you ONLY have a passionate interest in one or two subjects, and thus are totally predictable...
And frankly, you always seemed more interesting when you had that "Tom of Finland" avatar.

I enjoy playing chess, movies, strategy games, reading fiction (no time the past couple of years though)
Most of my reading now has been non-fiction.
I also enjoy physical exercising -- but, I have slacked on that the past six months and have to get back into the routine.
And, I have created other threads not about the Civil War or homosexuals.
A lot of Republicans are not racist, but a lot of racists are Republican.
Yeah, I know that, but we have this image of you in our heads now... As being sort of an uptight guy who takes things a bit too seriously.
Although I have to admit I chuckled at your "Do you always have to turn a thread into something gay?" line. That was good stuff.
I don't know, maybe Krazyhorse has some sort of shopping list of complaints or something. I've always just thought you could relax a little bit more, personally.

And all of this criticism is coming from people who do not even know me in person.

You think we have to know you in person to critisize you? Pah!
