I tend to go for very dark roasts - none of this "mild" crap. Brew it somewhere between twice and three times normal concentration - if you take out a teaspoon full of brewed coffee, and it's thin enough that you can see any evidence of spoon except at the very edges, then you're a wimp.

              Long story short--I need caffeine!

Trouble is, I find pop to be too sweet; it also, in the words of Berkeley Breathed, "tastes like malted battery acid."

So, please, teach me about coffee. I wouldn't know a latte if it bit me on the ass. I can't tell the different between an espresso and a hole in the ground. And, for the love of god, one lump or two?!

Help me, please, before I fall asleep in front of my attending!
Drink tea. Coffee tastes like ****.

This is the only reason I am responding to this thread. When BB is quoted, I must respond.

However I don't drink coffee. Ever since the Halloween I mistook a coffee candy that some jerk gave me, for a Root Beer Barrel candy.

The Navy way is to add a small amount of salt, also it must be dark enough that just a small amount and you can't see the bottom of the cup.

                Double the recommended dosage.

                Otherwise, try Redbull.

                ACK!

Trouble is, it's hard to find tea in the hospital. However, it's hard to go ten feet without tripping over a coffee stand.

I love strong coffee (Hispanic style), and I rpefer it black most of the time, though I do put a nice amount of sugar. I like Expresso as well, more than Capuccino's.

I do still like Coffee with milk (or milk with coffee).

Stay away from coffee, it's bad for you

                              Try tea instead
