No Dashi. The amounts involved are so small they couldn't be economically recovere - you would need to eat 1000s of notes to get a hit (and a really bad case of indigestion).

Thanks FrustratedPoet. Now I get you.

What does that have to do with the price of bananas in the US?

It depends on how much cocaine is smuggled in shipments of bananas.

why is this even news? most dollar bills probably have traces of drugs on them, too.

Ah, but there's no chance of the UK adopting the US $.

There's not much chance of adopting the Euro with this sort of propaganda around.

ah, i see. perhaps we shouldn't mention that pound notes probably also have a good deal of drug traces on them?

Definitely not. We must Save the Pound!

I know the story is sensationalist rubbish. I just wondered if a UK politician would be stupid enough to try and use it to denounce those nasty europeans who abuse their currency.

By the way, we don't have pound notes any more, only coins. I imagine that trying to snort cocaine from one of those might be a bit painful.

Doesn't make any difference, pound notes mostly have traces of coke on them too.

                      Hi retards.

Look in your wallet. If you have a bill that is out of mint condition and has circulated for even a week, it has cocaine molecules on it. That's the sad truth, now get scraping!
