Why is it every time someone gets into the pilot's seat of a helicopter they always know how to fly it, but when they get into the pilot's seat of a major airliner their brain turns to mush?

Yo all you gotta do to fly a helicopter is just get in and start flipping buttons and switches on the ceiling.

Then put on the headset and shut the door and you're good to go.
