    to further explain:

    atlanta is in the center.

marietta, alpharetta, roswell, snellville, decatur, covington, chamblee, tucker, dunwoody, college park... i know i'm forgetting plenty.
they're all within the four-county area which should be incorporated into atlanta proper, but won't. they're all within 30mins of downtown, and the entire region is so built up that you can't tell where atlanta ends and the others begin.

You couldn't pay me enough to live in California. Let the damn Mexicans have it.
You mean, let the damn Mexicans take it back?

You live in Tucker? I used to as well. I was in the Smoke Rise area (Mountain Creek subdivision, if you know where that is) as a kid, and then moved to the LaVista Rd. area as a teen (Aldah Dr). Went to Tucker High, and Midvale Elementary.

I'd much rather live in California. Nice beachs, hot women, much better weather. And less dumbass crackers.
To us, it is the BEAST.

I know where you used to live.

Was born at Piedmont Hospital, lived in the Landmark towers as a kid... before moving to Chamblee (Embry Hills area, close to where Holy Cross Catholic Church is now). Then moved near where Clairmont and Briarcliff intersected, before moving to our current location in Tucker: close to Clarkston, up near Rehoboth Baptist.

I went to Evansdale Elem and transferred to Kittredge Magnet (N Druid Hills Rd) when I lived in Chamblee, then moved to Chamblee High (Chamblee Dunwoody/Peachtree Industrial). We moved to the Tucker residence towards the end of my time at Kittredge.
Some of my friends went to Midvale and Tucker.

After we moved from Tucker, we landed in Chamblee (Nancy Creek subdivision, Cham/Dunwoody road near I-285) where I finished out my High School sentence at CHS.

Oh please, by now you should know that the nature of my dumbassness is completely unique. There aren't other dumbasses like myself, that's why I associate with different kinds.

                          • I've lived in both and I'll take San Diego in a heartbeat. GA has some nice parts though if you think about where to live. The Highlands was really good for me...

                            • Don't get me wrong, parts of Georgia are nice. I have family in the Atlanta area. But overall, I couldn't stand the humidity or the cracker population. I'd want to shoot myself every time I see some mullet-haired, unshaven guy in a pickup truck with the confederate flag on a bumpter sticker/windshield.

                              • Personally I like California, but I may move. One the housing here is expensive as hell. Rents and housing prices are going up and up. Second is that the government of Calfornia just loves to spend and spend money and raise taxes even in a recession. Bussiness find the cost of doing bussiness here raising very day and thus fleeing the state.
Also the damn trafic on the freeways(or interstates but in Calfornia we call them freeways) is getting worse every day with the growing population. Various homeowner groups by the freeways that would be expanded and thus their homes bought from them dont want to move, so a few thousand people stop the freeway being expanded or even rail lines or other mass transit from being built. Thus trafic will get worse.

ALso the illigeal immigration problem is bad in Calfornia. FOr all those who think Calfornia is so great I think you need to go over the facts again.
