Now go to any major Gourmet group/publication and see which one they proferm. It won't be Georgia.

Gourmet rib shack? It shows how OUT OF TOUCH Californians are that they consider 'gourmet' food to be the best food .

Um... you want to come to Atlanta? I'll show you all of them... though if you want seafood that is right off the boat fresh (instead of 10 hours later ), we may have to take a trip to Savannah.

I've been there and done that. My aunt lives in Atlanta (and she's been talking about moving beack for 15 years) but the weather just plain sucks. there's no way around it.

When did I talk about Holliwood?

      ever seen a holiwood movie?

See Californians can't even remember what they said less than half an hour ago .
Haha. Quote? Choice music, movies, books, plays, food, cultural diversity, just about anything and we're world class while Georgia just isn't.

Imran, thats all you got? a rib shack? a rib shack!?! maybe its because people in georgia value simple things because they can never achieve anything higher.

Imran, opinions arent fact. you know this. the fact is though californian food is lauded by everyone from the press to tourists to the locals, while people only know georgia for peaches and peanut farms and billy beer.

p.s. your bbq is still a ***** to north carolinas

North Carolina wishes its BBQ could be as good as the Deep South's. It's decent, but I can put viniger and hot sauce on my ribs too .

And which food is 'California' food. I don't recall knowing which food is exactly considered part of California culture... oh wait... that's right... there isn't any .

imran, using that line of reasoning youd think the US is inferior to the rest of the world because its culture is a beautiful amalgam of many different cultures.

Ribs are God's best food on Earth. There is nothing that a gourmet place can come close to touching. I'll take ribs anyday over anything in New York City (and I've been all over Manhatten).

Choice music, movies, books, plays, food, cultural diversity, just about anything and we're world class while Georgia just isn't.

I guess that is why Georgia has produced so many better people? Martin Luther King, Jr., Jackie Robinson, Otis Redding, Jim Brown... all beat anyone California has to offer.
