    Bestürzung nach dem Tod von Jürgen W. Möllemann. Augenzeugen berichten, dass er vermutlich freiwillig in den Tod gesprungen sei. Auch die Staatsanwaltschaft schließt einen Selbstmord nicht aus. Am Vormittag hatten Justizbeamte in einer generalstabsmäßig geplanten Razzia mehrere Wohnungen und Büros des früheren FDP-Politikers durchsucht.

    Call me heartless, cause I am , but this guy won't be missed by too many

    The highest office he ever had was minister for foreign affairs (that's secretary of state for anglo saxons ) like 10 years ago. Got a sh!t rep nationwide when he attempted to get right wingers to vote for the liberal party (FDP) for federal elections last autumn, by publicly criticising Israel, the central council of Jews in Germany and several Jewish individuals. He's probably not even an anti-semite himself, but his connections all over the muslim world as well as his practises in that election add up to a nice picture. His career basically ended when his attempts to illegal party financing (same party, free democrats) were discovered, he was kicked out of the party faction in the federal assembly a few months ago.

    Apparently, the same chamber today lifted his immunity in order to make it easier for police to search his houses and appartments worldwide (25 places in 4 countries this morning).

    Today around noon he died at a parachuting, one of his habits. Suicide not improbable.

      doubt it. broken man's suicide.

      he was also forced to resign from minister for economic affairs in mid-90s. favouritism was the blame.
