For all clarity, that should obviously be 0-2...

Oh my, Austria lost. We really got the worst team ever, incredible. It wasn't even that Moldova scored early and then defended, we were just acting like Liechtenstein. Wow, Moldova was simply better.

No, it's not too late. You can join whenever you want. Of course you have missed a lot of matches, so you probably won't win, but you can still have some fun with this.

One would think so. And hopefullywe lose next match against Belarus at home and the coach is really gone. It's incredible, but he has (had) lots of backup from the media, because he has a good sarcastic humor and is a national hero (Hans Krankl, played at Barcelona and most importantly shot Germany out of the quarter finals in '78 WC in Argentina).
But he's a bad coach, and worse, he's an extreme pessimist, even for an Austrian (and few nations can beat us in that, contrary to football). From his first day as a coach he just kept saying how bad our team is and that playing against Moldova at home (!) is a very hard task for our bad team. ("It's hard, but we'll do our best"-style, not "It's hard because we run against a massive defense"-style) He kept saying it until it became true. And now he can tell the media: "I have always warned you."

Well that really sucks, as it is tough when you have someone like that a coach and than if he is incapable who can you put... still you have a decent league so you must be able to beat someone like Moldava ... OK I could have said that we should have beaten Estonia at the beginning of qualifications at home, as it was a 0-0 draw still at least we were on thier half all of the time ... and things got better just about now, as we have your old manager - Otto Baric, and he is totally opposite, a hardline optimist, at least in our case.

Anyway,. Spain loosing to Greece at home, some heads will roll i suppose and Serbia and Montenegro will not go far they have Dejan Savicevic as their manager one of greatest players 10-15 years ago, loosing to Azerbedjan and now 3:0 vs Finland... OK if it was a 1:0 loss but 3:0... huh...
