    Johnny Cash... LMFAO

    I guess I really didn't know much about him. I'd only heard stuff like Boy Named Sue and Ring of Fire, but apparantly he's been covering all sorts of stuff for a while now.

    Here's some of the songs he's done covers of:
    NIN - Hurt
    Depeche Mode - Personal Jesus
    Soundgarden - Rusty Cage

      Hysterical?!

      Cash's 'Hurt' is one of the most haunting and BEST songs in years! Definetly the best remake ever (much better than Hendrix's 'All Along the WatchTower').

          to that. Cash singing those words carries so much more weight than Reznor.

          I like his cover of 'In My Life', too, but not enough to say it's better than the original.

                  Some music just doesn't sound as good after you've heard it too many times. For me Led Zeppelin and Hendrix are like that.

                          The first time I saw the video for and heard the song Hurt performed by Cash i felt close to tears. I'm a cynical man and not a Johnny Cash-fan. If that makes me insane, I salute insanity!
