It is similar but not perpetual electricty. It requires an initial impulse of power, but it will continue to create electricity until the parts fall out of tolerance or fail. It is still just a mechanical device, but uses longitudinal electromagnetic waves.Pax Superiore Vi Tellarum

Ok, so correct me if I'm wrong...
You give it an initial charge of some electricity, then you leave it alone and it continues to produce power on it's own. What part of "you can't get more power back than what you put in" don't you understand.
