  • My 7-11 was firebombed...

aint that some ****? more senseless violence.

apparently, after midnight last night, two guys firebombed my local 7-11 and then supposedly ran in, guns blazing, while the store caught on fire then ran out, possibly killing whoever was inside. Apparently, they left the money to burn in the register.

What the hell is this? More senseless violence? what was the point of burning down the 7-11? and they ran in there to shoot whoever was in there that would've tried to escape. crazy ****.

I can't find it on the Philadelphia Inquirer local (web) page, but they apparently update it just once a day, at 3:01am, local time.

                Phila. convenience store firebombed
                Associated Press

Two men firebombed and fired shots into a convenience store in Northeast Philadelphia around midnight last night, officials said.

Two employees and a customer were inside the 7-Eleven when the men tossed a molotov cocktail into the store and then fired shots at the building, police said. No injuries were reported.

Agents from the FBI and the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives joined the case to see if it might be a hate crime.

"We have not determined that yet - if it was a random act of violence or if it was motivated by any ethnic or religious or racial overtones," FBI spokeswoman Linda Vizi said.

The two suspects - one black and one white - fled on foot and police were searching for them today, officials said.

The front part of the building was damaged by the fire.
aint that some ****? why would anyone behave like that? sometimes I just dont know about people...

(and i wouldnt be surprised if the two who did this were in my junior high school...)

The glory of Pittsburgh, home of the second most beautiful place in the USA, easily compensates from Pennsylvania's eastern city.

Try going to college there...and the urban areas aren't even the worst. I hate living amongst a bunch of religious zealots.

Oh, and if you want to get past the rivers you can take the bridges. Or take a bus or fly out. :

Pennsylvania hasn't discovered Engineering yet... there are no bridges... the roads lead to the water where you have to swim. Also, cross the river doesn't cost 1/3 movement point.

The closest 7-11 to me burned down several years ago, taking all the shops around it with it. It's in the process of being rebuilt now, and if the rumors are right, that's thanks to Starbucks.

It's strange, my brothers and this crazy friend who is almost a brother were there about an hour or so before it went up. They say they didn't do it...
