  • Could I have discovered yet another MSIE bug?

Perhaps this has been debated endlessly and I just missed the thread: if so, my apologies.

    But...

Have you ever noticed that when MSIE (I have 6.0, coupled with XP) loads up a new window (especially with pop ups) the thing down at the task bar for the new IE window sez "Micorsoft Internet Explorer" while the pop up page is loading?

You'd think MS would notice something like that.

The bug is the misspelling of "Microsoft."

                oh.

I rarely notice spelling, unless it's really atrocious. just two letters replaced. That's nothing.

Intentionally misspell your own name? It corrects itself when the page loads up, btw.

It makes sense to me. In Portuguese, "mico" is anything that is lousy, cheesy or downright embarassing.
I watched you fall. I think I pushed.

                          Someone can help me, too.

                          BTLINK.dll

                          WTF is this?
I've started getting messages in secondary Windows, that says IE has caused an error with this and will now shut down.

                          Anyone?

I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

Huntbar. I had another toolbar come from "nowhere".
                              I just hid it.
Best check this out closer. Thanks.
