I think it's wrong... period... not much more to elaborate on. Call me selfish, but my organs are mine. If I want to donate them upon my death, that's my business and my decision. Not the states. If I lived in Israel, upon my death, I would give instructions to my family to destroy my body rather than have the state harvest my organs. It's a principality thing. Apparantly you guys don't understand.

and what about if I die in an explosion? Do they still have to pay the tax because my organs couldn't have been harvested?<p style="font-size:1024px">HTML is disabled in signatures </p>

It wouldn't be a ig explosion, just big enough to get everything messy
Why do ppl always want to tax things? Wouldn't it be better to reward than to punish?
Why not give ppl a tax break if they donate their organs instead of taking way from those because they don't want to give away pieces of their body?
What about for people who only have one kidney, or parts that just cannot be donated? Would they get taxed because they ruined their longs by smoking, or liver by drinking?
This is actually really sick.

I laugh at your opinions, and by doing so I discredit them.
All you're basically arguing is that you should be allowed to take your property with you to the grave. I thought that we'd ended that practice with the fall of the ancient Egyptian empire.<p style="font-size:1024px">HTML is disabled in signatures </p>
