What about alcohol and coffe? Shouldn't we dissalow them too?
I think narcotic should be just between merchant article and reason to arrest. This way state couldn't taxe it and police would look at more important activities.
I listened about effects of LSD from two person. First had it in military research. And said something about being lucky he hadn't ammo. Second taken it and it did nearly nothing to him. It is more about your brain strenght to LSD than about "common publicaly alowed dosage"
