  • Which programming languages do you know?

I only know some Java and Visual Basic 6.0

Sure, I've also tried a little HTML, but only little... then I got bored
This space is empty... or is it?

HTML is not a programming language .

Java, Visual C++ / C++ / C, Visual Basic / Basic, Javascript, and thats about it.

For production purposes I've mainly used C/C++ and Fortran. I know a little in Pascal, Java, Basic and alike, but these languages are rather toys for students . I've programmed in various assembler languages too, including Z80, 65xx series and of course x86 (tasm32, masm, gas).

HTML is a language. It's just not a programming language. It is a document describing language. It it were a programming language, RTF and PS were one too.

Most of the time I use VB and Java (some Programming Projects and for Study-Purposes)

So what does that make XML and ASP?

also, I don't think anybody writes .rtf files from scratch.

Languages dedicated to transport, represent and visualize informations, are document describing languages. There are no computers running HTML "programs". There are only browsers showing their content. Since they are documents (data) and not programs (algorithms).

Oh, and about rtf, well, nobody writes it from the scratch, but the same is true for HTML as well. 99% of the HTML-"programmers" I know also use Frontpage and alike. I can write HTML from the scratch too, but I don't think it's "programming". It's more like writing and formatting text/graphics.
