  • How Did You Meet Your Significant Other?

Somewhat prompted by my friend forcing me to have a drink with him (which I didn't ) to celebrate the fact that he got a date with a hot blonde, the subject came to me while I was taking a shower.

    So post.

I worked with her older sister. She came in to work to visit her sister, saw me and liked me. I (eventually) asked her out.
I'm building a wagon! On some other part of the internets, obviously (but not that other site).

We became best friends in middle school, then one day in November we were watching a movie and she laid down next to me and told me to put my arm around her.

          We met on http://forums.ppgworld.com

          Seriously.

And when I won concert tickets, that prompted her to come up here and meet me in real life. We've since fallen in love.

My last girlfriend I met through a mixture of church and pub.

She pinched my arse in a nightclub. A wise move, seeing as I'm generally oblivious to all but the most blatant of flirting.

We almost drawned at the sea after becoming too absorbed in our talking and eachother and without realizing it we drifted far far away from the coast in the middle of a watery nowhere. It was an unforgettable challenge to make it back safe on shore while wondering how did that happen!

She worked at a little clothing store in Thailand. I kept returnig to buy more clothes and I would practice the Thai language on her. She was very excited that I could write her name in Thai and that I could speak a few words in her language. I asked her if she wanted to learn English and we started having private lessons. After a while we became friends and the rest is history...

She stuck her tongue in my ear in revenge for me slapping her arse in the college pub.

We've been the most dysfunctional couple in college for around 1 1/2years now
Learn to overcome the crass demands of flesh and bone, for they warp the matrix through which we perceive the world. Extend your awareness outward, beyond the self of body, to embrace the self of group and the self of humanity. The goals of the group and the greater race are transcendant, and to embrace them is to acheive enlightenment.

I was in a computer lab visiting a friend. She was going berserk attacking a PC. I wandered over to give her a hand, and she was having problems with a Fortran program, a programming language most scientists use but computer types don't know.
