According to the latest reports sent us by our spies all across Sicily Island, we managed to reduce the possible locations where the terrorist are to only 6.
There is also the possibility that the terrorist have divided in two groups, with one warhead each.

Here is the list, from now on only B-Classified Persons may read:

Barbaresco: The second biggest city in Sicily, we have news that a group of 6 people have booked 3 double rooms in the Belvedere Hotel, they only carried one big baggage for all six of them, they have booked the room for just a day after the Lambrusco Event and where supposed to stay there 2 weeks, with only one baggage.
According to the Hotel director they only stayed there 3 days and than went away without paying, the documents they provided were all fake.

Arneis: This is where Scientist Giacomo Fazzoletto was living, and later on founded dead, according to the neighbors of Fazzoletto 3 men have introduced in his home 3 hour after the news of the death of Fazzoletto.
Mrs Francesca Cacace who later went to Fazzoletto's house to see what was going on said that she founded the house empty, and in perfect order.

Freisa: A Paesant of the countryside nearby Freisa declared of having hosted 4 men which were carrying a big metal thing in his house for a few days, this men have asked where they could find Mr. Guido Bollito, one of the most important persons of Freisa.
When asked what that big metal thing was the four man said it was a new invention that would have soon changed the world, and that they needed to go to Mr. Bollito to ask if he wanted to provide financial help to thier project.

Spumante: Another rural village, one of the typical Sicilian village where everyone knows each other, villagers here reported of a group of six men coming to town carring a big strange box.
The six men stayed in the "abandoned house" for a few days, and only one of them went out every day, and always to buy milk, fruit and meat.

Martini: This is the fastest growing city in Sicily, the head of the canteer working on the building of a new industrial complex in Martini declare that 4 men have asked to work for him, he has taken them and they proved themselved to be good workers. The four were staying in the Fragolino Hotel, together with other two men, they had only a few baggages, and a big huge box which they never opened.

Gattinara: The port in the south, a group of three men have, a few days ago, tried to sneak through the blackade with a small but fast boat, They decided to turn back to the island only when they were fired against by the coast guards, the police was immediatly alerted but they got there to late, and the three were already escaped.

Dear Giovanni:

The Akis have some information they would like to share in light of your recent findings. The 3 men trying to escpe for Gattinara were on the run from Akis, as they were fundamentalists trying to reach Zetaris, with a homemade explosive, to detinate in Risa. They are contacts of the 7 men you have in your cells. They were captured by Akis, and that was why your police found no trace of them. Although they are Athkalan in origin, they perpetrated crimes against Zetaris, and so will go on trial here soon.

Also, the 3 men in Fazzoletto's house in Arneis were Zetaris intelligence agents. We wished to check for paperwork, as we suspected that Fazzoletto may have been in league with the terrorists, selling them weapons, as he had large debts which he was struggling to pay. However, we are satisfied that he was innocent, and was not helping terrorists. We are sorry if we caused any stress to the family.

The group of 4 men in Freisa are thieves from Zetaris. We had a new satellite dish/receiver, that we were developing on the Eastern most island of Zetaris. We believe they were trying to sell the technology to Mr. Bollito. As for Bollito's involvement, we are not sure whether he was aware of the equipments origin, nor whther he was involved in the stealing of it. The men did not meet with Bollito, and must have ben scared of by something. We believe we are close to finding the men, and will notify you when we do.

I leave the worst news until last. We got the name Marco Gabiadini from the 7 terrorists we questioned. We tracked that name, and found it led to a construction company in Martini. We are not sure if it is his real name, but we believe that the man who is building that industrial complex is Marco Gabiadini, and is a lynchpin of the whole smuggling operation. He receives the weaponry in construction shipments, hauled by ship from Southern Athkala to Sicily, and then latches them into the buildings he makes. It is then collected by agents. If you check his bank account records (offshore of course, from a small island off Zetaris, but not under their juristiction) you will see a number of extremely large payments going in. The 4 men were most probably there to collect a shipment, or to deposit one. However, due to the presence of your security services, they fled, and Gabiadini has disappeared, with whatever was there. We believe he was intended to receive one of the warheads, and transport it away. We are unsure as to where, or if the warhead reached him, but he has disappeared for the time being. His bank account has been frozen. We have contacted the Athkalan government, who deny any knowledge of it, and told us we were not welcome to investigate in there. We suspect the government may even be involved, although we can prove nothing as of yet.

Therefore, the other warhead is either with the 6 men in Spumante, or the ones in Barbaresco. By the looks of the Barbaresco situation, they left in a hurry, thus might not have done what they intended too. Therefore we are checking contacts to see what might be left. The 6 men in Spumante have left. It is our belief that Spumante was a decoy. This is because it looks too obvious, it is too remote, and there is nowhere to hide a weapon there. This organisation has been known to use decoys (we spent a few days trying to track one, only to find that he was being paid to move, but with little knowledge of what he was doing). The perpetrators may still be in Barbaresco, so we are conducting enquiries, but have revealed nothing more yet.

The problem now, if the bombs were in Martini and Barbaresco, as we suspect, where are they now. We believe we have the name of one of Garibaldi's contacts, and we are trailing them, to see if we can find him, or the bomb. As for Barbaresco, we believe it is still in the city, but we are not sure where. Indeed, the city may be the next target, thus we advise it to be on high alert for a terrorist attack. All prime targets are being watched.

It looks that our RIAW Agents would have a lot to learn from your Akis troops, the information you provided are extremely useful for our investigations.
Also, we would like to know more about this Marco Gabiadini, is he related by any means with the Count Francesco Gabiadini, Head of the Wine Nuclear Program since 1987, and if it is, is the Count in any means involved in the organization?
If it is than it will be impossible for us to operate with the RIAW, as all informations founded by them would be read by the Count Gabiadini as well, considering his position. Excluding him from the reports would make him suspect something.
Please find this information, and if the answer is positive than we will use the RIAW to give false informations to Gabiadini, but that will means that we will have to rely only on your Akis troops.

The Cerooan government were aware and would like to thank New Sheepsta for reiterating the point. We are unaware of the United States of Sheepsta islands' geography, and whether or not Lambston was in the New Sheepsta contolled area, or one of the provences not yet fully reintegrated with New Sheepsta.

Ceroo would like to thank Alecrast for the information already transmitted back with relation to this. We have found several possible new leads which are being investigated at the moment.

Compromise:
Perhaps the 'bombing of Lambston' could have occured after the collapse of Sheepsta and before the Alecrast forces annexed the islands? Archaic did leave it several days, which in game terms is much longer, i.e. a long period of anarchy and lawlessness, but from the new governments' POV it was found 'bombed' after the Alecrast forces withdrew, therefore to them looks like Alecrast did it. Both nations are maintaining their respective opinions on who is or is not responsible as propaganda, as I'm sure many nations in RL would.

We have heard reports from our intelligence that some how one of the nuclear bombs has escaped your nation, along with one of the terrorist teams. Allthough we only have one source to back up these claims, it has been reaible in the past. We also heard that they may target a Jackson city such as the capital or someother highly populated area.

Right now we do not know what to make of this report. But we are on the highest state of alert and are assuming that a nuclear bomb is in our nation and that some terriorist group is attempting to denotate it. We have not let the media know about these report as of yet, as it would only cause mass panic that would only make things worse.

If what you claim is true, than this is a very dangerous situation, as that means that they managed to find a hole through the blockade.

Since the blockade was encted only a few merchant ships were allowed to come and go, mostly in order to bring needed goods to the Sicilian population.

The ships were mostly from Wine, althought also 3 Zetarian ships, 2 Centralis ships, 2 Sheepstan ships and 1 Athkalian ship were allowed to travel through the blockade, but only after being checked in both ways by the Winian Navy, so to see that they did not transport anything out of the ordinary.

We suggest we unite our efforts in the investigations to find where this organization is operating from, and destroy it once and for all.

This is the working theory we have.
The way we think they got the bomb out, if they did, was that ahead of time they knew the island would be blockaded. So they might have placed it on a container ship before the blockade was in full a effect, one of those ships did come to one of our ports.
Then they could have sneaked through to Jackson or some other nation once they did not have the nuke on them any more.

Again this is a only a theory and we only have one sorce to back this up. Our senior intelligence advisors believe it is still on the island, but we are still going to error in the side of caution.

There was only a 2 hours window before the blockade could go into action, and even that, our normal coast guard was patroling Sicilian waters, and after the bomb they were all put in high alert.

It would have been difficult for anyone to leave Sicily by boat unnoticed, without a very powerful organization on your back.

We don't know how reliable is your source, but we believe that if a Nuclear weapon have slipped through the blockade, it happaned in this latest days.
Just be careful, because an 8 Kiloton warhead might not be as strong as the ones you have in Jackson, but they still have the capacity of destroying a large city such as Jackson City to the ground.

At the moment we are triyng to find more informations on this organization.

Back to the Stupinigi Residence King Giovanni was reading the report of the RIAW

The Investigations are concluded, together with Akis troops we managed to discover that there is indeed some connection between Count Francesco Gabiadini, and that man: Marco Gabiadini, the two are cousins, and Marco have been selected by the Count in order to build the IDNA, now destroyed by the bomb.

Looking around in the family tree of the Gabiadini Family we discovered connection between them, and the old Royal Family of Athkala, which now has extinguished, the Count therefore has many claims to the title of King of Athkala, we have reason to believe that, the now Free Repubblic of Athkala might be in danger, although we need further investigations in this matter.

Also the brother of Marco Gabiadini, Mr Simone Gabiadini have been long time ago a member of the Sect of the Holy Church of All Saints, a known sect of Catholic Fundamentalists that was backed by the Holy Empire of Sheepsta. On this matter we discovered that Mr Simone Gabiadini is very close to the High Protector of Neveria, and has financed the revolution on that little island, which we know how similar they regime is to the one of the Holy Empire of Sheepsta.

Lambston was in the Alecrast protectorate of North Sheepsta.

This would be reasonable, though how it would appear to them that we did it when everyone on the street knows we didn't (And when the city would've since have been rebuilt to boot) is beyond me.
