Antlerkovistan wishes to join this endeavor as a non-nuclear-capable signee. The Senate of Antlerkovistan should get around to ratifying it within a few hours.

As there are no uranium deposits in Antlerkovistan that we know of (and since we're a nation of Bohemian types ), we weren't planning on building nukes or exporting uranium anyway. Hell, we don't even have much of a military.

Naturally, the Senate struck down the proposal. The forests of Antlerkovistan must be protected at any cost. Nuclear weapons are more trouble than they're worth.

As a nuclear-capable nation, People's republic of Dark Valley, is obliged not to export nuclear or missile technology. Beware though, that we reserves ourselves the right to use ANY means necessary to stop an invading army.
