This is exactly what we proposed as an amendment for the treaty.

Zoran we would like to sign this treaty but there is a problem. Our economy has bee relying on Uranium minning for some time. Also we produce quite a large portion of our energy from nuclear power plants. If we were to stop minning Uranium, this would servely impacted our economy and people.

The Holy Empire of Sheepsta, and the Lord Protector of the Realm has rejected this treaty as a blantant attempt by the Sovietskii Soyuz to curb sovereignty in smaller nations.

As a nuclear-capable nation, Noosland will not export nuclear and missile technology. We will also pledge solomnly that we will not launch any offensive operations against another nation unless we are attacked first.

Karakas cannot sign the treaty, as it reserves the right to use any methods necessary to defend its interests in the event of dire threat.
