We ask for a gurantee that the Sovietskii will not meddle in other countries affaires (ie. Ubinia, and any other that may pop up) and that the government of New Elysium gets a lease on 5 military bases around the apolyton region.

We no longer allied with Sovietskii. They are now controlled by a computer AI and have pulled out of the OSDN. Thus we are not defending their nation. If you want to have Sovietskii agree to such terms, sign different peace treaty with them. We are only talking about ending the War between our two nations.

We want them in your country to keep an eye on things. They will ensure peace by preventing your forces from roving too far away and causing chaos as what as happened recently.

Centralis is categorically opposed to giving military bases to a nation whose 'opposition to the status quo' resulted in their invading another country and attacking civilian targets. By your own statements, your claim to be attempting to prevent chaos is just a front to allow you to create it yourself.
