      Many have no drug laws. I don't think that would count for it being that high.

        Incidently, it says that the country is known for its devotion to social welfare - bit of a contradiction methinks.

          My nation (Falangusta) is 80th. I don't understand : I give my moralistic citizens more morals, and they're that unhappy ?
