The Rogue Nation of Shinjuko is a tiny, devout nation, renowned for its complete absence of social welfare. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 5 million are either ruled by a small, efficient government or a conglomerate of multinational corporations; it's difficult to tell which.
The small, pro-business government concentrates mainly on Law & Order, although Religion & Spirituality and Commerce are secondary priorities. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 3%. A powerhouse of a private sector is led by the Retail, Automobile Manufacturing, and Door-to-door Insurance Sales industries.
Crime is a major problem. Shinjuko's national animal is the scorpion, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the yen.

The People's Republic of Unterhammer is a enormous, environmentally stunning nation, renowned for its strong anti-business politics, .notable for its absence of drug laws and remarkable for its devotion to social welfare. Its compassionate, intelligent population of 221 million hold their civil and political rights very dear, although the wealthy and those in business tend to be viewed with suspicion.
It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, liberal government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Social Equality, Education, and the Environment. The average income tax rate is 62%, and even higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Trout Farming.
Gambling is outlawed, meat-eating is frowned upon, tourists from around the world come to visit the country's famous rainforests, and college students make ends meet by selling their kidneys. Crime is moderate, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Unterhammer's national animal is the human, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the paything.

The Confederacy of Upper Riis is a tiny, pleasant nation, renowned for its compulsory military service. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 5 million are highly moralistic and fiercely conservative, in the sense that they tend to believe most things should be outlawed. People who have good jobs and work quietly at them are lauded; others are viewed with suspicion.
The large government devotes most of its attentions to Law & Order, with areas such as Social Welfare and Religion & Spirituality receiving almost no funds by comparison. The average income tax rate is 22%. A large private sector is led by the Basket Weaving industry, followed by Trout Farming and Cheese Exports.
Crime is moderate. Upper Riis's national animal is the red dragon and its currency is the riist.

Crime -- especially youth-related -- is relatively low, thanks to the all-pervasive police force. Lower Riis's national animal is the green dragon, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the riist.

Information:
The Kingdom of Deresgoth is a citystate. It has not industrialized due to the competitive noble houses and a powerless king. The many guilds keep the economy going on so that the people are not living in poverty.
Since long the kingom is ruled by the dynasty of Idurian. The House of Idurian is weak though. The various noble houses are in open conflict with each other to gain control of the kingdom. There are five blocks of noble houses that oppose each other in the Royal Council. Non-nobles have no access to this council. It is said that the council rules the citystate, but it is unsure or so the people believe. It is said however that the true power is in the hands of mighty priests, alchemists and the Murderers Guild. The last one is profiting from provinging help to the rival royal houses and their representatives in the Royal Council.
The city has fine beaches outside the city underhill. The city itself is build upon a hill. The citadel towers obove the city. Towards the mountains there lies a beautiful forest with plenty of untouched nature, but beware, be sure that you take some weapons, best firearms, with you in case rogues attack.

The Holy Empire of Senor Togas is a tiny, pleasant nation, remarkable for its barren, inhospitable landscape. Its hard-nosed, hard-working population of 5 million have some civil rights, but not too many, enjoy the freedom to spend their money however they like, to a point, and take part in free and open elections, although not too often.
The small government juggles the competing demands of Religion & Spirituality, Defence, and Commerce. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 6%. A large private sector is led by the Automobile Manufacturing industry, followed by Uranium Mining and Woodchip Exports.
Crime is a problem, and the police force struggles against a lack of funding and a high mortality rate. Senor Togas's national animal is the penguin, which teeters on the brink of extinction due to widespread deforestation, and its currency is the spoon.
