look if we dont get some agreement on military numbers NS will suck.. At least my number cruncher is realistic to real world. If we not going to hav eany rules then we are back to the god modding dayts. for me i not interested in all that crap..

i ran a poll, a majpority of people accepted the miltiary clac , we should move on and use it ....

For ocne, I agree with Rasputin. We can accept his calculator if we want to be strictly realistic, or we can use xiaodave's prposed system if we want to make things easier for small nations. However, virtually anything is better than the one Squeblish tried to use.

nd for the sake of all here i have even limited the numbe rof troops o placing overseas ... Azan down to 250,000 - 300,000 (instead of original posts of over 2mill) ) and only 5 divisions in the oil states..

i am trying to play this gmae to keep al lhappy, but sometimes it gets very frustrating ...

Look, I'm all for a military calculator. I think Ras has put alot of work into it. I'm just suspicious with the kinds of numbers it seems to put out.

But if it's used as a justification for Auldoninna holding its own against Al Mastif on Al Mastif's side of the world, then it's not an alternative to god-modding, it is god-modding.

Actually, that's another criticism I've got about your newfangled calculator thingy.

xiaodave's one would probably be best, as far as I'm concerned, although it reduces my advantage against Raspie considerably.

Actually, Al Mastif would probably be able to steamroller whatever Raspie tried to put in Apolyton Orii, regardless of the calculator used.
I'm bigger, and I'm on home turf.

not exactly, it only helps if you have AM or U as 2nd industrys..

if you have the weaker industrys as 2nd or 3rd it could actually harm your numbers...

No, but being on 'home turf', and actually being able to conduct free and open tactics, unimpeded by 100000000000000 miles of treacherous ocean pretty much does.

Actually, Al Mastif doesn't favour 'mob tactics', as has been 'adequately' shown in FCL.
