  • Oil Rush!

Far Farawai dove around the corner, hit the ground softly, rolled and came up with his Azaran .55 aimed at head-hight.
"Not so much as a lizard stirs, my Father."
Not Farawai's voice boomed back over the headset.
"It is not as it should be, my Son. Is the village in total unoccupancy?"
"It is as the endless sands of our home..."
A new voice broke onto the radio band.
    "The Palace is sending..."
The voice changed again, this time to a harsh voice, with menace.
    "Hello, my Children."
Far Farawai's eyes widened in atonishment.
    "Great Father!"
"Yes, Far, Alsalan himself. Listen carefully, my Children, for what you are to do is of great importance to the Tooled-Up Sultan himself."
"It will be as you wish, Great Father!"
"You will assemble your people and move to Nae'Far'Laas, where you will join with certain members the Kaekwalk Alliance."
    "Destrakhaani, Great Father?"
"Indeed, my Child. From Nae'Far'Laas, you will travel to Dublin, where you will be enlightened further as to the purpose of your orders. These are my orders and they shall be carried out."
"It will be as you wish, Great Master, but my mind hungers for immediate enlightenment."
"I have told you as much as is neccessary, but your wish has been heard. From Dublin, you will move South-West, out of Ahlazan, and into the unclaimed territories."
"What is our motivation for such an action?"
    "Oil, my child."

    OOC: Howdy, folks!
Until I've decided to let my traitor defect, I'm going to supply a bit of entertainment and greive Raspie sorely.
Ahlazani nomads, backed up by Al Mastifi troops will move out into the area shown on Raspie's map on the Oil Rush? thread.
They will then proceed to set up fortified drilling stations and underground pipelines.
It's a good thing that Raspie's got his hands tied up with Azan, isn't it?

as stated in ceroos thread.. the audlonina government are not behind the oil companies, they are multinational corporations .

if they encounter terrorists then it upto the world to support them,

Auldonina doesnt fight wars over oil , unlike some Real life countrys , HEY MR BUSH !!!!

OOC: Of course, but that's not going to stop me, is it?
I mean, it's the oil I'm after, not an enraged Raspie!

Communique sent to Auldoninnan oil companies

Greetings. No doubt you have heard of DataDyne Military and Civilian Synergy Systems. In case you have not, we have in the past brought to the world such delights as the Cyclone sub-machine gun, the SAL 9000 attack software, and the Crimson Mist crowd control substance.

We have heard of your problems with insurgency in the lands south of Al Mastif, and also of the Auldoninnan government's unwillingness to support those who support its economy. Well, we can stand beside you - if the price is right.

We specialize in solutions. Solutions, and synergy. We invite you to submit bids for any and all of the following services:

        - DataDyne contractors (trained in combat and suppression techniques) to protect critical facilities.

        - Surveillance and security systems, also to protect critical facilities.

        - Equipment and training for your own security personnel.

        - Secure transport for your administrative personnel.

        We await your reply.

Sorry, kid, but we don't employ amateurs.
Now run along and play with your toys.

Al Mastif doesn't allow private security contracts (for security reasons).
We deal with our subjects' security ourselves.

Oh well, it's too late now, as they've already skedaddled!

Copy of communiqué forwarded to DataDyne Military and Civilian Synergy Systems from the Cerooan Viceroy in Ceroo de Ori...

                    Sirs,
Please be aware that any private security in company operating in any Cerooan territory needs to be approved by the government, if you are to offer your services to any Auldoninnan companies based in Ceroo (as we are aware that you have), please be assured that permits must be obtained prior to entry into the territory. Only members of the armed forces and police may carry weapons without special license.

Thank you for the information. Our representatives are currently in discussions with the relevant officials in Ceroo de Ori to work out the required paperwork for any of our operations in that territory.

As yet we have not finalized any agreements with the Auldoninnan companies, but you can be certain that DataDyne's conduct will be in accordance with all relevant laws and statutes.
