You want to know what the problem with the PBMC is? You get given way too many points to spend. If it gave out less points, then even powerful nations would need to make trade-offs in their miltiary, so setting one up would be something you'd actually have to think about. As it stands, big nations just have to set every category to 'Excellent' and then see how high they can put the military percentage...Comment

Well, if I were using an unreformed PBMC, I would certainly not spend all the points it gave me. You might not spend all the points it gave you. But a lot of people would spend all the points it gave them. Someone like Lazerus would see it as proof that he can make an x-bomb that destroys a whole city.

yes that was precisely why we didnt keep using that one.. i know this new one isnt up to scratch yet as it doesnt (YET) give breakup into army.navy etc... and also i would like to see it have more input from nationstates than at present..
