IC:

The auldonnina Government has passed the following resolution in hopes of bringing an end to this war....

ACT 34.67A.11.Part B

1.The Auldonina Government calls on FCL to immedialty cease fire on all fronts.
2. FCL to withdraw all its forces to behind its own borders as of pre war.
3. FCL to repair all damaged tranportation lines rail, road etc.
4. FCL to agree to stop its military build up and to reduce its armed forces to a defencive only capability.
5. All WMD in FCL to be destroyed.
6. All support of terrorist activity in the world to be halted immediatly and any known terrorists harbouring themselves in FCL to be handed over to the International Court.
7. FCL to allow the International community to deploy Peacekeeping troops along the FCL/Azan border.

OOC: I really can't think up an IC post of what I'm going to be doing, so I'll post it OOC - the troops near Roshem are digging in and establishing a base camp (complete with various defences, airstrips, docks, etc), with an additional 150 000 troops being sent in to reinforce them. They have standing orders to pummel any enemy forces that approach into the ground.

PLAN A

1. Expulsion of every foreign invader from former Azan.

2. The former territory of Azan becomes a vassal-state of Frankychanland. The entire Azani population loses Azani nationality and becomes FCL citizens.

3. The architecture of Azan is destroyed and instead replaced by Frankychanland architecture. All Azani cultural aspects are banned and eventually forgotten.

4. The Azani language is banned and replaced by Frankinese. Azani language is forgotten.

5. Coastal borders around "New Frankychanland" are garrisoned. Patrol boats guard New FCL territory.

6. New FCL honors it's pact with the Hive and Hive "zones" are established in former Azan.

7. Anti-missile stations established within New FCL territory.

8. FCL begins age of peace and reconciliation with nations of Apolyton.

PLAN B

1. FCL contemplates Coalition's eventual win. FCL thinks about "pyrrhic victory".

2. FCL/Hive Union adopts scorched-earth policy in whatever gains in Azani territory are held.

3. FCL/Hive forces eventually retreat back into FCL sovereign borders.

4. Expulsion of (possible) invaders.

5. Adoption of scorched-earth policy in FCL lands to prevent Coalition gaining anything from an invasion.

6. Eventual negotiation for peace by the General.

7. FCL respects "old" borders.

PLAN C

1. FCL/Hive Union withdraw from Azan. Negotiations for withdrawal from Tal Zach would commence.

2. Honor "old" borders.

3. Release of old Azani government officials.

4. Union signs non-aggression pact with Coalition leadership.

5. 1:1 ratio of forces along FCL/Azani border to enforce peace.

6. FCL aids in reconstruction of former Azan near FCL border.

7. Eventual release of any other Azani citizens held by Union forces.

8. FCL begins reconcilation with nations of Apolyton.
