A five-nation systems as before should be adequate. Three nations per court hearing I believe it was before. This would give nations an option to request a particular member not to be involved should it not be entirely impartial.

Shall we nominate nations to stand for election to the court? Or does anybody want to come forward to be put to the vote?

Maybe a NationStates telegram should be sent to each of the 83 nations in Apolyton Region advising them of the increased activity here and the impending reformation of The Apolyton Court of Arbitration before the nomination process begins.

After vigorous debate the people of Jonchastan have spoken in favour of the proposed court. The incoming Central Committee of the All-Jonchastani Congress of Neighbourhood and Workplace Councils has reaffirmed this position, but would like some clarification on the proposed courts mechanics, mandate and jurisdiction.
