What I hear from other people, you should be able to get it from EB, and fairly cheap too (that's what I heard anyway; since I live on the other side of the big water I don't even know what an EB store looks like

But lets get a life here for a momment(he said spending hours on apolyton while at work!). Games are er.....games - what we do for fun. Mr B likes that one, Miss C that other one - so great! As Vel says there should be room in the world for all(although i won't be getting Civ3 in a hurry cause i'm irrational or something/cheap).
So lets bury this nearly bloody hatchet now. I know what i like as i'm sure each person knows what they like. That's the way of the world. Happy 'civving' to all!

Hey guy! Got it, but haven't played a game yet....a little leery of it...LOL...not because I'm thinking I won't like it, but because of where the Candle'Bre project is at the moment...I'm scared I'll get so absorbed I'll forget about the work...LOL
But, I did scare myself up a copy...it and WC3 are both now waiting in the wings....

Personally I prefer CTP2 MedMod, altough I may be biased because MedMod is the only mod I've really played. CTP2 really is a different type of game to the Civ series, it plays different and feels different.
One of the things I like most about CTP2 is that games go so much quicker, there is little in the way of menial micromanagment (especially if you master the national manager, hint: master the national manager) so CTP2 can be really quite enjoyable to play.
My main gripe? ModSwapper doesn't work in Win2K
. (or has that since changed?)

My operating system is Windows 2000 Professional and I have no problems using the Modswapper program...maybe you should try downloading it again.

However, I guess that's part of what makes the game enjoyable to me. [Part of the problem is that I could micromanage Civ2 quickly because I understood the formulas to the last beaker, shield, and wheatsheaf. I'm less sure of what I'm doing in CTP2 so the decisions take longer to make.]
