the new archer (on the river at the moment, iirc, should join bob gunning done that single barb, even if he isn't needed he can use that practice, perhaps he becomes a veteran.
in addition dave (or some other warrior/s, not needed at the moment) should explore the south, there might be plenty of good countrysite just waiting for our next cities, even that ain't the case, it will be good to know that part of the map.

All available troops should make best speed for Innsbruck and attack.

dear mr. baggins, please explain what you consider as avaible. those troups guarding our cities against barbarians and keeping order there (btw, its a shame a civilized nation has still to use force inside its owns cities) those ones meant to escort or soon to be settler to its destination, those protecting our interest in that place (the coal) those going to do the vital job of exploring the south or those ones you dreamed of?

some of all of the above...

the exploration isn't as valuable as an extra conquered city

the area denial would be nice, but we simply don't have extra troops to spare

1 or perhaps 2 troops from Pedrunn to ensure a viable and decisive attack...

the escort can be handled from a (yet-to-be-built) unit from HP.

Decisiveness is necessary to claw whatever edge we can now.

Things are thin now.. but they are about to look VERY thin in the future.

As far as I can remember our citizens have not yet voted for a war, no attack should be launched until a poll has been regularly held and a decision allowing war has been clearly expressed.

Plus Ministers and Prime Ministers don't HAVE to abide by the decisions of even the official polls... although they have to give their reasoning... even if its... 'I don't agree that its in our best interest to follow the course of action recommended by the poll'

However, the poll is showing an advantage for war, right now...

So why isn't this business managed through the War Party thread?

How naive I am, I thought it was a democracy game.

Even if a war is about to be decided we are citizens and thus concerned by the use of our armies and such decisions should not be made in secret.
