Turn Session 22/03/2003 Saturday
well this time it not a turn chat, I like to try a new from of playing this game. A Turn Thread will be used for it, that should be posted, tomorrow. The idea is to play a turn and report everything that happens in the game during that turn in one or two posts.
But this from of playing the game requires detailed orders. More detailed then last turn chat. The reason to play the game that way is to save time and as not much people attend also to save the long way to play the game. Let's see if this work and if this is a good alternative, of course also turn chats have something.
If the Ministers fail to provide the orders I will hold a turnchat on Sunday or move the whole thing one day.

I am sorry Martin but I am not available the Tuesday and Wednesday. I will contact Gilgamensch to check if he can be my delegate.
I will post a state of Lemuria Tomorrow."Democracy is the worst form of government there is, except for all the others that have been tried." Sir Winston Churchill

I'm hereby resigning as MoDST as it will clash with my President function. Some argue that thanks to a loophole in the Constitution I could hold two offices simultaneously but (A) until the Court rules on this I would prefer to play it safe and (B) I don't like the idea of exploiting loopholes. I urge the Court to appoint a successor ASAP. I know the Court is probably incomplete but it doesn't take a full Court to do this - a single Judge could do it (at least as a temporary solution to prevent the game from being halted for too long).
