Guess we need at least 1 replacement here:
Hunter, as he wrote he wants to quit all games.
Nukeboy because I do not want to see the former glorius roman nation (that I started) slide down too fast.

Seems like the curul-chair of the roman rulers works the same way as a catapult.

              - DarkHeart might find the power of Rome too interesting.

While almost every nation offered the Mayan Eco Accord agreed to the Accord, it is disturbing that the Incans, who are on a steady incline of polluting, rejected the Accord so out-of-hand with no explanations.

While pollution is being abated, all nations must do their part in not polluting/lowering pollution.

Rickety: The german nation (Hunters) are also open for replacement as Hunter wants to retire.

It was, in fact, the lack of explanations before having the treaty slapped in my face which led me to reject it. What is this all about? What's in it for me? Why are you trying to restrict Incan prosperity?

We do not wish to see Incan prosperity reduced, we want to not see Incan and other cities fall into the ocean due to global warming.

Pollution can be reduced in ways without also hurting production by too much... and it has been a topic that has been discussed mildly earlier, however if it keeps up at its current pace thw world will see its coastal cities drop into the ocean.

Something we Mayans don't wish to see for any member of the world's nations.
