CtP PBEM SuperLeague

I will get the SuperLeague site up and running soon, with all the rules you could hope for

A brief summary is:

1. You are split into teams of two (drawn from a hat)
2. You can have 1 on 1 challenges, or 2 on 2. All points go to your respective team. YOU CAN ONLY BE IN 2 on 2 CHALLENGES WITH YOU PARTNER.
3. The points are as follows:

2 ON 2 POINT SCORING
2 points for leading each x9 turn.
10 points for winning
+ 10 for winning via bloodlust.

1 ON 1 POINT SCORING
1 point for leading at every x9 turn
5 pts for winning
+5 for winning via bloodlust.

Maps are:
Barbarians (roving bands)
Ruins ON
Earth World
Bloodlust OFF
Pollution ON
All Earth Settings @ 50%


Thats it. On September 11th I'll draw the first teams. On September 20th, I'll draw the second lot (if you applied late). The first matches will be posted here by me on September 22nd.

Well the Super League is a team effort. Even in the 1 on 1 matches, team confirring (sp?) is accepted. Also, the SuperLeague is a league, not a tournament.

Pretty strange defining a system where players compete each other gathering points, as not a tournament or at list a ladder but as a league

Of cource it's up to you and the rest who are interested upon your idea - which is not bad at all - but one on one challenges are already rolling with a specific ladder system and the rating every 10 turns with bonuses on winning a game are already in effect in the Ratings & Rankings. Why really not support the latter which counters so many problems lately after so much effort put by so many people...
