Milamber's challenge finish at turn 60

I asked for the 4x PG rule in 5 turns but he accept it now. First strike was at turn 59 with 5 mounted archers destroying a costal city.

I was 9 techs ahead with Ag revolution next turn.

I was blue (Portugal) he was pink (Japan)

i understood by now that 4x PG means
"4 times Power Graph"

but is that an automatic concession rule or what ?

To avoid that me and Lung (and probably some others) are continuing playing games to turn 300 or longer even if we clearly have lost already by turn 125.
