List Update!

Players wanted

a) Chicken Run (8 players, regular map, early renaissance (turn 33), weak, vacancies unknown but likely)

b) M. Darkheart also has a game idea...

The map is going to be gigantic, blood lust on, normal start (1 settler). I might even consider lowering trade goods so it takes longer to research. I like very long games with lots of strategy decisions. And I like lots of players, like 8 or so, so that's why i need the biggest map possible. I even found a file that can make the "gigantic" map twice its size, I haven't tried it though since I don't know how to use the file so I'm going for normal "gigantic" map. But with twice "gigantic" you can have like over 10 players, that would be great if I can find enough players.

d) Need a permanent replacement in Monkey 1 for the Chinese - the first and oldest game in the forum. Relatively good position, Diamond Age. A good chance for the newer players to see an advanced game ending.

e) Contact blackice for a position available in Bulletproof.

Anyway, Keygen:

I doubt we'd really get an accurate list, while newbies seem to stay for a while, if they disappear there's really no easy way to confirm that they have for good and then remove them from the list... almost as bad as if we tried to put together just a CtP player list.

Hey, On the PBEM Challenges thread, Keygen mentioned something about a tourney at the beginning of September. Anyone got any info on this?

If I haven't played the bulletproof turn yet (don't know for sure, blackice, you'd have a copy sent to you recently if I have...) then go ahead and send it to the new guys (Zulus are next in line, right?) and I'll disregard the one that might be still sitting in my inbox... though I've also sent myself a reminder e-mail that should be filtered like a bulletproof turn so I'll be sure to be able to be on top of things when I get home...
