Or do we?
Well, Paul and I played for about 5 or 6 hours tonight and got well into the game (about 850ad). Paul has a very slight lead on the power graph and science is very close.
We met relatively early with a little skirmish that prompted Paul to write "Oh you sneaky *****". Paul, I hope you don't mind me posting this as it is meant to be a little light humour for the faithful ctp players.
Blackice, I will start sending you the zipped saves shortly.
hmm was it "you sneaky *****" or "you sneaky ******" anyways you get the gist that is certainly the most annoying think ive ever seen done in my 3 years of CTP.

PS: ill be sending yoda the bill for the beer bottle i sent through the wall
Hey Paul, I thought we were going to continue our game tonight? I've been around in the lobby on and off for the past 90 minutes. If you can't make it, let me know. When do you want to continue?
Sure yoda, we can try to start a game saturday night just to see if I have the correct file and continue it sunday mourning, maybe from 7:00 to 14:00 (Mx time)
Next 2 saturdays I'm going to school at mourning but in 3 weeks I can play at sat on mourning too.
Please be nice with me, as I read you have played a lot this map, but I can't open the file, so I don't know it if you have it please send it to me.

Send me a note if you are ready to play. I continued my game with Paul this morning for a short time. He doesn't seem too eager to continue...
Just to let you know I finally finished my game with Dr. Doom a couple of days ago. He won as expected. We played up to the end and were both able to see the end movie

I'm ready Yoda, I'll look for you tonight just to start, but tomorrow mourning 8:00 am GMT -6 is show time
Paul has said he will play tonight at around 7pm my time. So, tomorrow will have to be the start time. 8:00 GMT-6 means 6am on a Sunday. Can we start a bit later? I might be able to get up for 7am (your 9:00 GMT-6) if I don't end up playing all night with Paul...
One note though I am not sure if a game will count if the saved turns are not submitted promptly.
I will leave this up to the judges that be, but a month of waiting for saved turns to be sent is a long time. i can see no reason for a delay?
I see problems with this too as they can be tampered with. That is not to say some one is but it can be done easy.
Someone has to decide about a rule for this, seems to me Yoda tosses the turns at me as soon as the game is over as have others. Yet Dr. doom it has been a month now?
Just bring up some points here so please no one get into a huff. We are looking for a fair tourney and that is an area not addressed here as yet.
