Let me explain my postion on this situation. Keygen, when I started playing PBEM, I asked for 3-4 games. That what I started recieving and told you thanks that was enough. Then I start recieving turns for 2-3 other games including High Voltage. None of which I wanted, so I made a mistake to elminate one of them. I realize now that I should have spoke to the game moderator instead of destroying that civ, and for that I apologize.

You the man Nimrod Np but it does bring up the unknown does'nt it?
What is your position on this should it be a rule, penalty?
I hope you realize we have all made an effort to keep names out of it as that is only fair and not the issue really. The issue is the action and the consequences not the person(s) who do it“The Communist Manifesto was correct…but…we see the privileges of the capitalist bourgeoisie yielding…to democratic organizations…In my judgment…success lies in a steady [peaceful] advance…[rather]…than in…a catastrophic crash."Eduard Bernstein
Or do we?

Blackice is in Prison
What did you do? Try steal a TV or somthing? Dropped it on a cops foot? Now your in the slammer for awhile?
Keygen must know somthing.....
I don't think we should penaltize any action at all. This is a playground not a state prison (no offence Ice just joking around). We could just include things like that in the PBEM Rules.

When I did what I did, I felt as though I had 2 opinions:
Go to war with nearest neighbors
or
Cause a major revolution with in the civ
Either would have produced the same results, just one was faster. Make a rule with a penalty or not, I have no opinion. But I will say this, seems to be the first occurrence of anything like it happening. Do you think a rule is necessary? So one guy turns to another guy and says "T.A.I." His friends says "What?" He responds by saing "Think about it;)"

Who granted you a position to a game without asking you first He must have been very despaired
BTW, I had posted a free vacancy in YRC for High Voltage (page 10) and you had accepted to take over. I had even sent you an email informing you that the civ was in bad situation if I remember correctly...
