Im so ****ed....Deficet spending is getting out of hand in Inca. Of course if we cut back, then we will have revolts. I could always switch to democracy, but my production will take a 30% hit. Im in a rock and a hard place sadly...

I have given it some thought.

And last night decided that a change to Democracy is necessary to fight the deficiet problems. I do pray, that our coffers can hold firm during the anarchy periods. We have disbanded almost all of our city improvements tat had anything to do with hapiness, Science, and all Oil Refinerys. It is sad, but we still run massive debt. So this may be our only hope.
