He continued

Then Atuphula decreed issued an order to all Elders in the empire, all religous men must shave there beards,wear sackcloth, and fast for 30 days straight...Only eating Herbs and pheasant. On the 30th day all men shall go to the top of Mount Amaru and pray to God for the Inca nations future prosperity.

Atuphula also took the time to warn about the dangers of a new System of governing known as 'Communalism'. This new form of Government is regarded as evil, and Atuphulpa swore that his nation would never fall under the evil of this governance..

Atahpula, soon the great project shall be done. A new great project shall begin afterwords. We must cut down many forests on opposite sides of the great rivers. 2 rows shall be cut clean, and bare, to the earth. One row, our miners will build hills to mine gold ...the other farms for our people to eat. The cities need to grow, and we need farms. The farm row will reach all the way to Inca's northern city of Tiekfourmabungo. and back down towards the smaller towns from the great ocean. Indeed, it will be a massive PW project. But the forest can be cleared in a matter of years, and the farms and mines will be built many years down the road.

Ayotollah Thor looked toward the setting sun from atop his camel and took in the spectacle of the desert sunset. He gently swayed as his camel made its way to the ridge of a sand dune and began to follow the ridges path.

We should reach the new Desert City by nightfall tomorrow .. Ah Yes! .. the Desert City! Atlast! . Ayatollah Thor smiled like a young boy who had found a new toy. The desert city had been his life long dream. To make gardens bloom in the harsh barren desert, and to build an oasis that was a symbol for his nation. A symbol of man's ability to endure infinite hardship and uncountable obstacles , and still be able to come out on top. The lands around us may be barren and unliviable, but Almighty Allah has provided us with the fertile rivers to sustain us. We will build an empire. My darling Desert City, is but the first step... soon I will make the land that no one wants into the heart of my empire.
