Actually, it has been Blackice as some didn't like I was playing 2 nations in the same game.

And I do understand them, that's way I asked Blackice.

Turn 105 to The Bird man

Has anyone else noticed how you never get alerted to getting a new tech at the start of your turn. Everytime it happens I get the Republic in 1 on my science meter.

Yes I have. It happens some times but I don't know when and how. Fortunately usually I notice it as I always check my research . But if you are in a harry you may not notice it. Well you may use Republic as a gift to someone .

Also whenever I happened to receive either by exchange or ruin a tech that was under research for some time. Then the game engine automatically change to the lowest tech available and because it needed less time to complete it is just completed next turn without been asked. Classical example for me was Monarchy. I recommend when you are about to exchange knowledge that is under research for long time and you haven't discovered a lower value tech to change the researched tech to another one before the exchange.

I have also noticed another problem, always on PBEM when you exchange maps. The only civilization's troops that are shown in the exchange are the ones of the player asking for the exchange. The player's civilization that accepts the exchange does not reveal its troops position...

Saddam, I didn't know that simply because there is no post about it .

So, could you next turn Stavros and send the turn to King Thor?
