Assyria army is quickly updating its troops. Out with the phalanx of yesterday. In with the pikemen and muskets of today.
We also note with some concern that both Mongolia and France have beefed up there militarys. It is of great concern to Saddam to think that the Nations of Mongolia and France may be in cahoots with one another? Regardless, it is all speculation, and we are not going to accuse anyone at this time.

We have no objections to your settlement of Trinidad and will not seek to colonize that land. There is a small island to the southwest of Cuba. We ask you not settle that island.
