    turn 33 to Saddam

Saddam has sent a proposal to the mongols. Here are the points.

That Assyria will not expand further east, but Barsippa will not be disbanded.

That mongolia agree Assyria to setup one last colony south-east of barsippa.

In return the Assyria has what she wants, and will expand no further in that direction thus allowing the Mongols to do as they please with most of the land.

There are also some agreements between us..

1)We both are very STRONG nations and could do much damage to one another. Thus, setting us back eons in terms of war damage.....

      2) That we shall sign a no-tresspass agreement to cement these dealings..

Saddam and the Religous council, eagerly await your response.

Is should also be noted that a cultural and technological renissance has begun... Assyria, the nation which began in last place, has clawed its way up the power chart to second place. The citizens of Ninevah celebrated the news last turn.

please do not try to pollute our allies with your feeble accusations. My people are much to intellegent and superior to be swayed bye your corrupt accusations. The fact is, we recieved eygptian maps, and had confirmed long ago ; that it was indeed a french/mongol cleric.

you have been warned , do not send another one, whilst you will have bitten off more than you can chew. We forgive you this time...

Saddam was pleased to see that the mongols have accepted a deal that gives both nations, what they want.

Ahhhh, I like it Saddam. The old 'I'll-blame-a-weaker-nation-so-I-don't-offend-the-real-culprits-because-I-want-something-from-them' ploy. Not bad, must make a note to use it my self.

O, Ghenghis I'd watch your back. I smell deceit afoot.

Anyway back to my Garlic massage

Syoris, I dont know what you are reffering to when you are swearing that I am Decietful. The fact that you are trying to blame others for what you have done, exposes you for the wind blown-arrogant puppet that you are ...

Here is another fact, my dealings with the mongols are none I repeat, NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS! We dont know what you 'think'. Nor could we care. The fact is we are very peaceful and will continue to be (unless we are threatened bye foriegn units again).

please do not anger me further with this issue, let it pass into history.

One more Revolution in the land of the Inca

Tupac Amaru, the last God-Emperor of the Incan people, today declared an end to godhood for himself and all of his successors.

"There is no god walking on earth. If you are looking for the help of the gods, feel free to still pray for them. However, from this day on, the Incan people will not be led by gods and priests and ignorance, but by their Republican presidency led by Consul Tupac Amaru".

The Incan lands are now part of a Republic spreading over the whole South American continent.

                          Consul Tupac Amaru,

Congratulations on your new government. We Americans wish you a long and peaceful reign. We have accepted your fine trade offer for sugar. We have also settled Havana on the island we call Cuba and which declare for ourselves. Do not attempt to settle on this island.

Perhaps with your new government, we could reopen the subject of a research pact. We have no desire for Republic or Monarchy as a form of government, but we would consider trading other technology for certain advances (even military advances).

Saddam, the fact that you are accusing the French nation of something it hasn't done is Deceitful. The mere fact that you continually accuse us of stooping so low as to send a cleric when you know very well it was not the French who sent him can only drive our nations apart. Your intolerable behavior and total lack of respect shown towards us, a much weaker nation than yourselves, only goes to highlight the arrogance and contempt you have for your neighbours. As for your threats to nations who send units across your border, who's to say you won't WRONGLY accuse us again and attack.

Therefore you leave me no choice but to put France's troop's on high alert as we believe you are deceitful. We will not start a war but we will not run away from one and we certainly will not take false accusation's from anyone no matter how much they threaten.

As of now I will not speak of the matter as I believe enough has been said but know this: I will not forget.

Saddam concurs that the french nation poses no threat, to Assyria. He also noted that Assyrian troop readiness will not be raised as a result of French threats. As for these threats, I say , if the french nation truly wanted to put this issue to rest, which Assyria THE TRUE VICTIMS OF THIS CRIME, has even agreed to put it to rest , Then we can calm this storm between.

But continue your overt threats and lies is only angering me further .

If you place more troops on border garrisons, Assyria will follow, we must take all threats against our nation very seroiusly!

As for the mongol proposal to exchange astronomy for Prespective. I have rejected that! The knowledge of astronomy is insignificant compared to perspective. However saddam had not ruled out future tech exchange, one of more valuable knowledge.

Also, the no-tresspassing and reveal-all pacts were sent to the mongols. We await there proposal of the no-tresspass this season, also.

Meanwhile Scientists in Saddams Revolutionary council have created a prototype of some sort of 'mill'. They say, placed in citys, this 'mill' will be able increase production 30-50% . A delegation of eygptian scientists will be granted the floor plans for this building, as promised bye Saddam.
