      In that case I suggest that you ask Frazer to also next him in this game. He has had a week to play his turn (assuming that Frazer played it within 24 hours).

                    I call the world's attention to the pollution reading being generated by the Americans. Those who have tarded maps with the American's may notice a dark spot outside of Philadelphia. This is only a precurser of what awaits us if such pollution is alloewd to go unabated. The time to bring pressure on this great polluter is NOW. Do not wait until your cities start falling into the sea, and your once productive lands become black as death. Having seen such happen before in other worlds, I have reduced my own pollution output.
