  • US pbem game - part 6

Slowly, reluctantly, without any enthusiasm, Egyptian people return to work.
Only the knowledge that someone out there is on their side keeps them on their feet.
On some street corners, you can see small groups of fanatics, shouting out loud for revenge.
    Unfortunately, nobody hears them.

Work on the Gaia controller project continues, but it is unsure if it will ever be finished.

Meanwhile, the hunt for Spanish corporal bloodsuckers remains successful.
    Not all news is bad.

We are proud to announce we are very close to building the Gaia controller. We have suffered enough from the effects of pollution and its construction will provide us with some much needed relief.

Turn to Maestro 7 hours ago.

Hamilcar has shown not to be as good a military leader as Hasdrubal.

His orders to attempt an airborne massive invasion on spanish land has failed and many brave phoenicians soldiers lost their lifes.

Report says, that many spanish must have been killed too - but nothing has been confirmed.

Yes, the defense of Spain was costly(4 units including a Plasmatica)but more so for the invader. No need to recover your units, as they are now all guests of the Spanish government.

Apparently, not the entire Spanish fleet is destroyed.
One of our brave submarine units recently had a nasty encounter with it.
They had spotted the battleship and tried to make a hasty retreat, but it was too late.

Please send turns to Stavros until then.
