Turn 167 to Mobius cc Lung.

Though not very religious, Senator Maximus thanks his almighty for the lack of speed from fasists troops. Due to this - and due to the cleaver positions, scouts had been moved to, the roman headquarter was well aware of german armydrillings and all bordercities are now welldefended. Furthermore, the 1 squadron of the HomeSea navy have had time to take supply onboard and leave Pompei in due time.

Now one of the germans had moved too far. Attacking an ally. As reply, we have declared Germany WAR. Our battleships are being used for a veritable bombardement of a germanarmy corps, that have pushed their luck a little too far.

In the north, our 1st and 2nd squadron from the roman HighSea taskforce are closing each other. Each have it's own objective.

The war has joined the roman people and much unhappiness are supressed by the knowledge, that their army is fighting in a war, that was pressed upon their leader, The Great Senator Mamimus, and not because of his ambitions to rule the world. Those words are gossip and rumours, plantet by foreing agents to cover up the thuth. That Australia is a nation of warmongering normads and Mr. Stavros of the germans are married to a female babarian, who looks like a well-used woman from the downtowns.

Oh the joys of war! Does wonders for my lumbago!

Not much to report as Australia strengthens her grip on the Indian mainland and puts to death a few strategically place Fuzzie Wuzzies - indeed, as our 'Fair Dinkum' war machine marches on to Kootanad, there seems very little to stand in it's way...

As for Emperor Birdbrain's northern naval squadrons, I think a slight bit of reorganisation is in order as at least one of your Battleships has been spotted foundering offshore from Dumaresq!

Paul of the Dutch, it is in Our interests to fight 'Total War' against India and her insidious backers, the Romans - given Don Bradman II's specific instructions, I have refrained from pirating Dutch foreign trade routes for this turn. Please make the necessary arrangements to move your trade routes away from the war zone as the Australian interim government will not be held responsible for any accidentally pirated Dutch routes in the future.

Toodle pip - it's off to the situation room for me!

Roman forces have slowed down the german army's march. Very soon reinforcements arrives and the germans will be driven back to their own soil.
