Turn 164 to Lung.
"I'm not happy at all. Give me the lastest reports from India. Turning me down!
Now, knowledge of our latest breakthrough must only go to our dutch ally. I demand this. Make it completely clear for the dutch leader, that only I decide if and when the indians should have this knowledge.
I'm not quite satisfied to have an ally, that you cannot depend fully on".
Maximus, senator of Rome.
First they ignore you. Then they laugh at you. Then they fight you. Then you win.

Please accept our humble apologies sir. I am but a servant the of great Mahatma. His holiness's health has not been too good lately and major government decisions have been relegated to me as a result. This is something I was entirely unprepared for, and have tried to handle the issues as best as I could. When we recieved a letter from the government we had to ask your ambassador to come back at a later date when the Mahatma was of better health and able to deal with your request.
It appears your ambassador has mistaken our request to postpone dealing with the letter as an outright rejection. This is not so.
Either way, your government's dissatisfaction was duely noted by our Mahatma and he has very upset that we had not dealt with your letter immediately. I have been given direct orders from him to deal with any letter or request from your nation immediately and give you our complete cooperation.
Once again, please forgive the mishap, it shall not happen again. Besides that, we are hopeful the Great Mahatma's health will improve soon and he will be able to retake his responisbilities as the true leader of our people.
Ramlal Vishnulal Thor. The Sinister Minister.
King Thor
