Russian Leader,
Thanks for issuing a NT agreement, which was accepted. This will speed up the recuperation timing of our warrior. Presently, our arsenal consists of nuclear tipped arrows only.
Our scientists tell us it will be quite some time before we have nuclear bombs or MIRVs as delivery platforms. 
Perhaps never based upon the state of our nation.
