Jon, I've no argument with the Irish as such. you have helped me in the past but the English are your real allies. I am just a policall ally and as I'm in a week position. I am of no use to you. So, you are not prepared to help me.

Birdman, I am not sure about the maps, you may have a point, but It clearly wasn't going to go in my favor whatever I did.

Greetings Leaders of the World.

It is with great grief that I announce to you all that Russian Naval ships were attacked last night, by the English Terrorist State. The casualties were in their thousands with all hands lost and several Naval Ships lost including the mighty Battleship Brezhnev , and its support fleet consisting of 2 Destroyers. Also a brand new Kilo class submarine was attacked by an English interceptor on its maiden voyage. All ships were clearly in SFU waters, just 2 tiles away from the nearest Russian City, when they were attacked. The nearest English city was five tiles away. This is clearly an act of War and we have determined that a fitting response be given to the English. The Russian Airforce dispatched the 1st Fighter Wing of the Southern Air Division to find the Warships responsible for the attack and carry out a tactical strike.The operation was a complete success and all English ships were sunk. This is not an SFU operation and we have asked the French not to lend any form of assistance at the request of the Irish Government.

We announce our complete support to the Viking Nation who are fighting English oppression. The viking Leader may rest safe in the knowledge that we will support them.

From the English we demand compensation of 4000 gold for the sinking of our ships and a public apology. We also demand the handing over of the Interceptors involved in the sinking of our ships for demolition by our air force. If the English continue on this path and carry out any more military operations against us we too will expand the scope of our military operations to include bombardment of coastal cities. Also if our demands are not met, we will punish the English further. Note, if England chooses to carry out a nuclear attack against us, we will respond in kind and will take it upon ourselves to rid the world of the English menace once and for all.

As far as our policy towards the Irish go. They have agreed to be neutral in this conflict between us and the English noting that we are both Allied with them. As far as their attack against France goes, I am very displeased by it. The use of Nuclear weapons was completely uncalled for. And all military units destroyed were well withing SFU territory and SFU air space was violated when the attack was carried out. I will support France in whatever her response to this attack is. The use of nuclear weapons is a crime against humanity, and the SFU is a victim of this crime. As of now, the Irish and I have agreed to a cease-fire until Klair's return. All French units have been ordered to stand down and not engage the Irish in anyway. We expect the World community to join us and condemn this attack and use of weapons of mass destruction.

As far as Russian peace keeping troops go. We have been accused by certain leaders of faking their existence. The troops were being deployed and would have been within Mayan land in a few turns. However, taking into light the outbreak of hostilities between the Irish-English against the nations of the SFU we have to respectfully decline now. We apologize to both parties but these troops may be needed on SFU ground now. Russia though maintains its peace with Ireland, is now at war with England. This state of war will remain until our demands our met. France is at peace with England but is at war with Ireland right now, even though a temporary cease fire has been agreed upon. Neither campaign is a combined SFU operation and should the situation change all world leaders will be informed accordingly.

We end this statement by reminding the world that Russia has been by far the most active nation in trying to maintain the peace. We have repeatedly tried to keep disagreements from turning into war. We were the last nation to increase our war readiness. Russia has NEVER attacked a foreign citizen/soldier under our administration. Our record is flawless. Even when England invaded our land, we did not retaliate in force but instead gave them fair warning and attempted to solve the problem with diplomacy. Certain other nations have seen it fit to invade negihboring countries in order to maintain their security. We wish to point out how restrained our policy has been.... up to now. England has attacked our nation and killed Russian soldiers without any warning (and without any excuse) while they were patrolling SFU waters. We have responded in kind. Make no mistake, English arrogance will be punished, and BirdMan will be brought to justice for commiting an act of terrorism against Russia.

The frensh was about to invade England - they would not do it without the russians. I simply don't believe they would.

Therefore I had nothing else to do than clear the strait for russian ships. I lost most of my own fleet - but I did save my country. For some time at least.

What preposterous nonsense is this? How can a Troopship under escort only one Tile away from Liverpool be described as 'in SFU waters'?

The fact is that the PDRI foiled an SFU invasion plot against England! No nation sends Battleships and Troopships so close and stations Bombers in nearby Cities for 'Defense'. Ireland was entirely justified in her use of nuclear weopons, much lamented though they were, to protect her Ally.

As for the so-called Russian Peacekeeping force! A Carrier Group we hear, if the Russians possess a single Aircraft Carrier I will become a Capitalist! Those troops never existed and those that did were destined for other duties.

Face facts SFU, you have been uncovered as the 'Butchers of the Proleteriat'! Only Irish honour and respect for Treaty obligations have saved Russia from a rapid dimunition in her population.

Two more attacks were carried out against the English last night, both of them were a complete success. One of the ships sunk was a destroyer and the second was an ancient SOTL.

Chairman Bird, our demands still stand. We want a public apology and the destruction of the Interceptor squadrons invovled in the attack against our Navy, as well as 4000 gold in compensation. If the English government does not have the gold ready immediately we are willing to accept the gold in 4 installments of 1000 gold.

As long as these demands are not met, we will continue to sink English ships indiscriminately. It does not matter if the English ships remain in harbor or not, for as soon as we are unable to find more English ships, we will begin naval bombardment or English cities.

Let it be known to all, that an attack upon any Russian citizen will result in swift and effective punishment.
