        • Absolutely

As far as i can remember, this was only the third game ever created! First was Monkey1, followed by Monkey2, Swissy1, Swissy2, then US PBEM. I think that Monkeys 1&2 are a loooong way from the end, although they have more original players Of course, i was the only player to start and finish Swissy1, with Methos almost finishing. In Monkey2, there are four original players left, but no end in sight, unless Paul can get Alien Life Project, which is not inconceivable, with his awesome (and i mean awesome!) science lead.

See, every cloud has a silver lining, and my inevitable death shall come with the greatest honour of all - being the first player EVER to start and finish an original game Okay, Keygen won Deathmatch Modern 1.1.1, but i'm sure that that game started too late to be called one of the original games

          • LUNG THE LEGENDARY IS DEAD!

Lung the Legendary died in the great battle of Cooper Pedy with guns blazing from both hips, surrounded by vast hordes of English demons and fallen comrades in the shadow of giant naval battles off the coast. Lung the Legendary lived long enough to see the mighty battleship - HMAS Lung - pummel half a dozen English ships to the bottom of the sea before succumbing to the outrageous odds stacked against her. The magnificent manifestation of Australian engineering was forever lost to the world, with the awesome properties of the Australian invention - steel, shown in full glory for perhaps the last time

But! A ray of light! The son of Lung - Lung II, was secretly sent away in the weeks before Lung's death, to the secondary secret headquarters, in a last desperate attempt to save the Australian race. With Lung's death, Lung II ascended to the throne, and is trying to establish a rearguard action, with an attempt to be made on St. Jon the Evil's life!!! It is believed that if St. Jon the Evil were to be assassinated, the curse lingering over the English people may finally be exorcised. A spy shall shortly be commissioned to save the world from tyranny!!!

            LONG LIVE LUNG II!!!!!

            • ANOTHER RECORD!!!

Almost I just realised that, at turn 244, this game has recently surpassed Monkey2 and Swissy2. Seeing that Monkey1 is languishing behind in the 100's, i assumed that this was the oldest pbem game ever! Well, i t seems that US pbem has long held that title, but at least Swissy has moved into second in the all time pbem list!

Unfortunately, it will inevitably be overtaken, as Lung II's days of this earth are numbered indeed! The English wrap their slimy tentacles around the great cities of Waikikamukau (surely not a real name!? ) and Seminole in the last days of Australian civilisation, but not before a glorious FIGHT TO THE DEATH!!! In the seige of Waikikamukau, Australian cannon sent more battalions of English musketeers and cannon to their timely deaths, continuing the history of this war whereby one on one, Australian troops show their individual superiority on the battlefield Also, the secret headquarters of Lung II has yet to be discovered, and shall prove to be an even harder nut to crack in true Aussie tradition!

Fear not, people of Australia, for our grand civilisation is etched in history forever, with time capsules placed deep underground at key locations around the lands formerly owned by Australia beyond the reach of English tyranny! Only an enlightened future mankind be able to retrieve these time capsules, thus revealing to the world the despicable holocaust enacted by the English under the tyrannical regime of St. Jon the Evil!!

Time shall reveal all, and the truth shall set us free!!!

Turn 244 to St. Jon the Bastard!!!

Do you seriously believe that Australia has any need to fear the consequences of continued English Pollution?
