Mobius -- No problem with me regarding Lung the Legendary!
The Incan people are honored (but regret any confusion) in announcing the city name changes imposed by the Incan legislature. Our people were getting quite confused with all the ...tapul's everywhere and saw no rhyme or reason for the names designated by Hextapul the former. Ra-Tapul is now Lima, Bentapul is now Cuzco, ... etc. There will be no more name changes from this point forward.
Incans remain on Stand Down for one more turn in the hopes of perhaps drawing others into a state of peace. Barring that, Incans will be forced to match the escalation wrought by my fellow leaders.Comment

There is an unpleasant rumour circulating in Paris which has already caused many otherwise devout citizens to utter the most horrific of blasphemies. The name of 'Lung the Apostate' passed their lips and though their souls were saved on the pyre France can ill afford to suffer a further dimunition of it's labour-force.

Please do note that the period of amnesty from 'Next Turning' has now elapsed. We are now back onto a 24hr, play it or lose it, regime. Ratings Points deductions for 'delinquacy' are again effective, which I believe affects everyone, so be good boys and girls and keep those Turns rolling.
Please do know that LC is not anything akin to 'Lungs Fast' and there is no expectation of 'superfast' play, although it would be nice, but merely that everyone should do their best to maintain a smooth continuity to the Game.
